About
A small senior team, built for complex delivery
novenadev is an engineering studio working across product development, blockchain and automation. We keep the team small so that the people scoping your project are the people building it.
Our approach
Clarity first, code second
Most failed projects fail before development starts — in vague requirements, unclear ownership and optimistic timelines. We front-load that risk. Every engagement begins with a scoping conversation and ends with a written proposal covering architecture, milestones, timeline, cost and the assumptions behind them.
Delivery then runs in one- to two-week sprints. You see a working result at the end of every iteration and can change direction while it is still cheap to do so. Nothing is hidden behind a long silent build phase.
On completion you receive the repository, documentation and full intellectual property rights in the delivered work, plus an agreed support window so your own team can take over confidently.

Method
How an engagement runs
- 01
Brief & scoping
You describe the task. We reply with clarifying questions, an initial architecture view and an honest assessment of feasibility.
- 02
Proposal
A written scope with milestones, timeline and cost. Risks and assumptions are fixed in writing before any work starts.
- 03
Delivery sprints
One to two week sprints with transparent tracking and a demonstrable result at the end of every iteration.
- 04
Handover & support
Documentation, repository transfer and an agreed support window so your team can operate the product independently.
Principles
What we hold ourselves to
Honest feasibility
If a task cannot be done, or cannot be done within your budget, we say so at the proposal stage rather than discovering it halfway through.
Data minimisation
We ask only for the access we need, keep client environments separated, store secrets in a vault and remove access on completion.
No dark patterns
No pressure tactics, no upfront demands for sensitive credentials, no vague scopes designed to grow. Terms are written down before work begins.
Documentation as a deliverable
Architecture notes, runbooks and handover documentation ship with the code, not months later on request.
Maintainable choices
We favour proven, well-supported technology over novelty, so your product remains cheap to run and easy to hire for.
Confidentiality
NDAs on request before any confidential material changes hands, and strict separation between client projects.
